Policies and Procedures - Savers Center Amazing Products

Each and every order placed through our online store for fulfillment constitutes an agreement on the part of the customer (buyer) to the Center (SAVERS CENTER Amazing Products) including, but not limited to, the following policies and procedures:

I. Shipping and Handling
Many factors contribute to the shipping and handling costs calculated by the Center database system. Costs are calculated based primarily on the total number of boxes, total weight, final destination zip or postal code, total insured value, dimensions, residential delivery surcharges, and signature confirmation.  We do our best to make sure that shipping and handling charges accurately reflect standard UPS shipping charges.  Customers should expect a standard delivery time of 7 to 16 business days for orders to reach their final destinations. Because of a range of products offered and number of manufacturers available, the Center cannot guarantee the delivery of any particular order by an exact date.  However, in rare cases of a delay, the customers may be notified of a delay with their order, in which case the Center will seriously attempt to deliver the product within thirty (30) days of the late-notification date. In some cases, we may choose to refund shipping charges for late or delayed orders, at its discretion. Orders cancelled after a late notification has been issued are still subject to any restocking or cancellation fees (see 'Cancelled Orders').

II. Order Processing
The Center receives and enters each order as it is received throughout the business day. Generally, all orders are processed (entered into the warehousing system) by the following business day.

If a product becomes oversold, orders placed first will receive priority. Because many of its items are overstock or seasonal items, and due to high product demand and order volume, the Center cannot guarantee that any item will remain in stock-even if it appeared on the web site at the time of their order due to the time lag. The Center order processing staff works diligently to stay ahead of manufacturing trends to insure product availability. However, periodically a product may become unavailable after the customer places an order.

III. Discontinued or Out of Stock Items
If an item is found to be out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified via the e-mail address they provided with the order. A full refund, including any applicable shipping and handling charges, will then be processed. If no e-mail address is provided, the customer will not be notified of the refund and will only see the credit on their monthly account statement. The Center also may choose, at its discretion, to ship the majority of quantities ordered and issue a refund for the unshipped quantities.

IV. Back Orders
The Center will not accept a 'back order' item(s).  The customer will be notified if a product ordered is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued. Members will be issued a refund and may re-order out of stock items once they become available again. Discontinued items will either not be available for an extended period of time, or not be available again.

V. Order Changes/Amendments
Generally, the customer should assume that once an order is placed, it can not be changed in any way. However, if the customer notifies the Center as soon as possible with a change request, it may be occasionally possible to amend the order.  Because shipping charges vary based on several geographical factors, even address corrections can result in extra fees. The customer is responsible for supplying accurate shipping information, and is accountable for any and all losses due to such errors. If it becomes necessary to cancel an order, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%).

VI. Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped to its final destination, or it has not been in process.  Cancellations of orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the order total, plus any shipping and/or handling charges that may apply, based on the discretion of the Center.

VII. Shipping Time
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on many factors including, but not limited to, the warehouses location, the receivers location, and the particular time of year.  Orders usually take 7 business days for delivery, however Customers can expect a 7-16 business days (1-3 weeks) delivery time on their orders.

VIII. Return Merchandise
Permission for any the return of all merchandise must be secured from the Center.  For merchandise return questions, customersers should contact us at support@saverscenter.com and ask for the Centers warehouse returns department for the proper information, or for the returns department address. The authorized return of non-defective merchandise will incur up to a 20% (of the order total) restocking fee, based on the discretion of the Center.  No shipments will be accepted without a Return Authorization number written clearly on the package.  No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of shipment by the customer.  Used merchandise may incur up to a 100% restocking fee, depending upon condition of the returned item(s).

Once a return has been authorized by the Center returns department, the Member must:

1. Return the item to the address given to the Member by the returns department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box or package.
3. Keep their shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
Returns shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. The Center can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach its returns department.

The Center will notify the Member of their refund via e-mail or standard mail, once it has received and processed the returned item. The customer can expect to be issued a refund within 14 to 21 business days of the returns department receiving their return. The Warehouse can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of the Center error. Members are responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments or returns, except when due to error from the Center. The Center is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to product defects, errors in shipping of orders, or other errors. The limit of the Center liability is the replacement cost of any item the customer purchased from the Center.  The stated return policy applies to our general merchandise, including car audio electronics.  For other electronics, see policy IX for their return policy.

IX. Returns and Exchange For Electronics
For electronics and certain two-way radios, defective (from manufacturer) items can be returned for exchange for up to 90 days.  The return is for exchange only.  The customer will need to contact the Center for instructions prior to initiating the return for exchange.  The factory new items have a 1 year manufacturer warranty.  Refurbished cameras have a 90 days warranty.  Thus for defects or product problems, the customer should contact the manufacturer for remedy accordingly.

X. Refused Shipments and 3rd Attempts
Any order refused or deemed to be undeliverable after three attempts by the freight carrier, will be cancelled and refunded. No shipping and handling will be refunded and the order will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Customers still wanting their order fulfilled will need to place a new order with the Center, including payment.

XI. Damaged Shipments
Items damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the freight carrier, and claims should be filed accordingly. Any missing or damaged cartons must be noted by the recipient, on the freight bill. If the customer notices concealed damage after the delivery driver has left, they are instructed to keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to arrange to file a claim. The Center is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

XII. Manufacturer's Defects
If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, contact the Center for instructions. Do not return products to the Center without first contacting us to receive instructions. Returns of defective items require a Return Authorization number. Packages without a Return Authorization number written clearly on the package will be refused, and the Center will not be held responsible for the ultimate disposition of such shipments.

XIII. Freight Charges
Members are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned for any reason other than from Center error. The Center is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping orders, or other errors. The limit of the Center's liability is the replacement cost of any item the customer has purchased from the Center.

The Center is not a warranty repair station, and therefore makes no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to any merchandise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The only warranties provided are those of the manufacturer, as contained in each manufacturer's package. To avoid delays, all requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims, and any shipments should be made directly to the manufacturer.
